Licence

Your $49 purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Whisperline on any machine you personally own. Studios and small businesses: use it on every workstation in the office (within reason — not a 200-seat enterprise without talking to us first).

Refunds

14-day no-questions refund window from the date of purchase. Email hi@aidxn.com with your order number. Refund posts to the original payment method within one business day.

Transcription & your AssemblyAI key

Whisperline is bring-your-own-key: transcription runs through your own free AssemblyAI account, which you set up in about a minute and paste into the app's Settings. Any usage limits, quotas, or costs for the transcription itself are governed by AssemblyAI's own terms, not ours. Your Whisperline licence is a one-time purchase for the app — it unlocks unlimited file length, and does not include or resell AssemblyAI usage.

Warranty

Whisperline is supplied as-is. We don't warrant fitness for any particular purpose. Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply for Australian customers and are not excluded by these terms.

Liability

Maximum liability for any claim is the purchase price paid. We're a small studio — we'll fix what we can, but we can't take responsibility for downstream damages.
